Raised in a real estate family, Debi learned early the importance of hard work, honesty, integrity, and service—values that continue to guide her business today.

Before entering real estate, Debi worked as a teacher, an experience that shaped her passion for educating and guiding clients through complex decisions. She believes informed clients make the best choices and takes pride in clearly explaining each step of the real estate process.

Debi specializes in probate and trust sales, working closely with attorneys, fiduciaries, and families who are navigating the sale of estate properties. Her experience in these transactions allows her to guide clients through the legal requirements, timelines, and sensitivities that often accompany probate real estate.

She works in partnership with her husband and real estate partner, John Durzi, providing a hands-on approach to every transaction. Together they coordinate property preparation, renovations, vendor management, staging, marketing, and negotiations to help sellers achieve the strongest possible results.

A lifelong resident of the San Fernando Valley and graduate of California State University, Northridge, Debi is deeply connected to the community she serves. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Granada Hills, where she proudly serves as Treasurer from 2024–2026.

John Durzi brings more than a decade of real estate experience and a strong service-oriented background to every client he works with. Prior to entering real estate, John spent many years in the automotive and restaurant industries, where he developed a deep appreciation for customer service, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships through trust and reliability.

For the past 10 years, John has worked alongside his wife and real estate partner, Debi Durzi, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the Southern California real estate market. Together they have built a reputation for thoughtful guidance, professionalism, and a hands-on approach that helps clients feel confident throughout the process.

John specializes in serving clients in Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, Northridge, and throughout the San Fernando Valley, while also assisting buyers and sellers across Los Angeles County and Ventura County.

Known for his calm demeanor and practical approach, John plays a key role in helping sellers prepare their homes for the market. He works closely with a trusted network of contractors, vendors, and staging professionals to coordinate repairs, renovations, and updates that enhance a property’s presentation and maximize its value. From managing improvement projects to ensuring every detail is ready for showings, John takes pride in helping homes present at their absolute best.
