Debi Durzi is a third-generation Realtor and Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience serving clients throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities. Raised in a real estate family, Debi learned early the importance of hard work, honesty, integrity, and service—values that continue to guide her business today.

Before entering real estate, Debi worked as a teacher, an experience that shaped her passion for educating and guiding clients through complex decisions. She believes informed clients make the best choices and takes pride in clearly explaining each step of the real estate process.

Debi specializes in probate and trust sales, working closely with attorneys, fiduciaries, and families who are navigating the sale of estate properties. Her experience in these transactions allows her to guide clients through the legal requirements, timelines, and sensitivities that often accompany probate real estate.

She works in partnership with her husband and real estate partner, John Durzi, providing a hands-on approach to every transaction. Together they coordinate property preparation, renovations, vendor management, staging, marketing, and negotiations to help sellers achieve the strongest possible results.

A lifelong resident of the San Fernando Valley and graduate of California State University, Northridge, Debi is deeply connected to the community she serves. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Granada Hills, where she proudly serves as Treasurer from 2024–2026.
