I am so happy to provide my feedback for realtors Debi and John Durzi based on my home selling experience in Granada Hills CA 91344 during August 2025. I knew Debi through her home listings in my area, and while walking my dogs all over, I observed that she was probably the most successful realtor in the area selling so many homes so quickly. I lived in my home since 2011, and was always thinking about moving closer to me kids in other states. 3-4 years before I invited her to my home and received extremely helpful tips on the home condition for better success in selling. She selflessly acquired documents on my home mods done my previous owner to make sure all was permitted. That prompted me and my wife to decide to hire her as the realtor for our home sale. When the time came, she got on bord with listing process and honestly kept us informed about the homes inventory, market condition, buyers’ affordability amid high interest rates and realistic estimate of our home value and expected timeline of it getting sold. Her expertise at each of those aspects was incredibly impressive. Her ability to determine reasonable market value of my home for listing and prediction of the time it would take to sell were extremely comforting and satisfying. We always felt that we had the best available realtors helping us with our home. There was never any doubt during 5-6 weeks on the process.
Such help was so critical for us, because I was especially stressed out since I had already decided on buying a home in Illinois, and paid earnest money, while I was working with Debi on my home listing. Still, I had tremendous faith in Debi’s ability to sell my home in time to make my move possible to the new home in Illinois. which was centered around our home listing. She timed and scheduled open houses quickly. During that time, I noticed that her polite manners, true respect for people and over 15 years of professional experience became instrumental in attracting visitors and interested buyers. John also equally contributed with his hard work, friendly and inspiring discussions with potential buyers and visitors during the open house days. Both Debi and john were always confident about the strong possibility of my home selling quickly, which always kept me hopeful and optimistic. Debi and John together offer the best qualities you would need in your realtors for a very satisfactory and a successful transaction.
After the offer was received and accepted from and extremely interested and motivated buyer, Debi was so thorough on disclosing every fine legal detail about the home, previous mods etc. to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises at later time. She made sure all documents were signed by all parties on time during the whole in Escrow period. She kept us totally informed during a moth in Escrow. Finally, the sale was closed, leaving everyone with happy and pleasant. Great Job Debi and John. Please keep up with your great service to the people.
